How do you manage Junk Mail?

There is no simple solution for filtering junk mail. The main issue is people have a different idea about what is junk mail or what is not.

We do not process mail that is addressed to owner/occupier as it is obviously junk mail.

We do now offer new mail plans that offer unlimited incoming mail and inclusive scans. Customers can contact us to change their mailplan which will remove the junk mail issue.

If a company is sending mail that is not required, you should contact them directly, asking to be removed from their marketing lists for all communications, including, post, email, phone and SMS. The law states, that they must remove your details if requested.
